Welcome to Panda Sushi. Use of the website and of our ordering and delivery services is subject to the terms set out below. Using the site and placing an order constitute your acceptance of these terms. Please read them carefully.
General
The website allows you to order food products (sushi, hot dishes, desserts and more) and have them delivered. We may update the menu, prices and service terms from time to time without prior notice.
Orders and payment
An order is considered confirmed once we have issued a confirmation. Payment is made using the methods offered on the site. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a technical fault, a pricing error or product unavailability.
Prices
All prices on the site are stated in new shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
Deliveries
Delivery times are estimates and depend on demand, weather and the delivery area. Free delivery is provided on orders above the amount specified on the site; below that amount a delivery fee may apply.
Cancellations and refunds
Because of the nature of fresh food products, an order cannot be cancelled once its preparation has begun. In the event of a defect or a problem with a product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work towards a fair solution.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including images, texts, logo and design, is the property of Panda Sushi and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
Liability
We do our best to present accurate and up-to-date information, but we are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies. Use of the site is solely at the user's own responsibility.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read and checked the ingredients of the dishes. Panda restaurant accepts no responsibility for any allergic reaction that may result from not paying attention to the information given in the dish descriptions.
ALLERGENS
Panda Sushi products may contain the following allergens:
- Gluten — wheat, breading, tempura, soy sauce and other products containing gluten.
- Fish — salmon, tuna and other kinds of fish.
- Crustaceans — shrimp and other crustaceans.
- Molluscs — squid and other molluscs.
- Eggs — mayonnaise, sauces and other products containing eggs.
- Milk — cream cheese and other dairy products.
- Soy — soy sauce, edamame and other soy products.
- Sesame — sesame and products containing sesame.
- Almonds — almonds and products containing almonds.
- Honey — honey and products containing honey.
Important: all dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen. Even when a particular allergen is not listed in a dish, traces of it may be present through cross-contact.
